GABF 2008 - Behind the scenes video

Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes at the 2008 Great American Beer Festival? It takes an army of people to set up over 1900 kegs of beer at over 450 different booths. It's a lot of heavy lifting and being on your feet for 14 straight hours. Here is a 10 minute video recap of what it's like to be a volunteer at the GABF.



I've got another day of GABF fun ahead of me tomorrow and this time I'll be one of the attendees rather than a worker. It should prove to be a lot of fun. If you ever want to learn a lot about how a big festival like this works, consider volunteering for the GABF next year. You'll earn a free pass for every 4 hour shift you work.
