Repeal of Prohibition Party
April 7, 2009 (Tue)
Left Hand Brewing Tasting Room
Sometimes we take for granted that we can hop up to a barstool at the end of a long day at work and order a pint of our favorite cold, foamy, comforting brew. It hasn’t always been so easy getting a beer when we needed one. That is why Left Hand Brewery takes April 7th, the official day that prohibition was repealed, very seriously. In honor of this momentous occasion in our nation’s history, Left Hand would like to treat you to some of their favorite brews. The 400 Pound Monkey, a year-round IPA test batch, has been very popular and they’ll have that on tap for the event. Also, they’ll tap a very special firkin. The Brandy Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout will be available on cask from when they open at 3pm.
