FCB Oatmeal Raisin Stout Benefit Party

3rd Annual Redstone Mead Dinner

Enjoy a full 5 course meal paired with 7 different Redstone meads. In the beginning boysenberry nectar. First course oysters on the ½ shell + juniper sunshine foam paired with juniper berry mountain honey wine. Second course: chicken fried frogs legs with white pyment corn puree + braised greens paired with white pyment mountain honey wine. 3rd course: blackened shrimp + cheesy grits paired with sunshine nectar. 4th course: gumbo of house made sausage, fried oysters, tomato + okra in a classic gumbo broth paired with nectar of the hops. Plus, a sweet ending: peach crisp with vanilla cinnamon mead ice cream + spun mead paired with vanilla bean + cinnamon stick mountain honey wine.
