Upslope Brewing to celebrate 1st anniversary

Has it been a year already? One of Colorado's youngest breweries is celebrating it's 1st birthday this week. Upslope Brewing Company of Boulder, Colorado will be opening it's doors for a special one day celebration and everyone is invited. There will be plenty of fresh beer available to commemorate one year in the brewery business. The following is an excerpt from their latest newsletter dated October 31, 2009 detailing the celebration.

Upslope Brewing's First Anniversary Party

Saturday, November 7, 2009
2:00–6:00 pm
1501 Lee Hill Road, No. 20
Boulder, Colorado

We invite you to join Upslope Brewing Company's celebration of our first year! Bluegrass band Gin Wagon will be providing the tunes, while Dubbin's Sandwiches will satisfy your hunger. As always, we will proudly dispense an assortment of our hand-crafted, micro-brewed beers.

Enjoy six beers on tap, including our two flagship varieties, Pale Ale and IPA, and our two Great American Beer Festival award winners, Dunkelweizen and Time of the Season. We will also offer our two newest selections, Pumpkin Ale and First Anniversary Stout.

Upslope Brewing's Pumpkin Ale and First Anniversary Stout are the fifth and sixth releases in our Single Batch Series. We challenged our brewers to create inspirational, single batch ales, and they didn't hold back. The results so far have been extraordinary, and our two newest achievements are no exception. Try them while they last!

Upslope Brewing Company beers are packaged in cans and in kegs and sold only in Colorado currently. Their Small Batch series of beer are typically only available at the tap room and at select locations on tap.
