The Ale House at Amato’s wants Denver to “get lit up for a cause” this 4th of July weekend. Starting at 8pm nightly Friday July 1st through Monday July 4th, the Ale House will host a rooftop fireworks viewing party. Tickets cost includes a beer of choice and small plate. Proceeds from each night will benefit one of four local nonprofit organizations. Ale House at Amato’s rooftop patio offers front-row seats to view the city’s biggest firework shows.

Summerfest in the Rockies

SummerFest in the Rockies is a community event held annualy the second weekend of July in downtown Loveland. The event draws 10,000 people to Loveland and the downtown area through local and regional marketing efforts. Twisted Pine Benefit for a Good Cause

Twisted Pine Brewing Company will be hosting a benefit to raise money for the Nielsen family Sunday, July 10th. The Nielsen family has recently been victimized by a drunk driving accident that claimed the life of one man and hospitalized a woman and child. Twisted Pine hopes to raise money to offer the family assistance with their medical expenses and other bills. Twisted Pine Brewing Co. will be donating $1 from every pint to the Nielsen family and will be accepting cash donations as well. In addition, a silent auction will take place from 12p-5p with unique beer paraphernalia, weekend getaways and donations from local restaurants and liquor stores. On Sunday attendees can also participate in Brewery Olympics from 2-6p at the Twisted Pine Ale House. Entry fee is a $10 donation and events consist of frozen T-shirt contests, blind keg tapping, ridiculous relay and beer trivia with prizes for the top three teams. To promote sober driving, all designated drivers will receive a free T-shirt.

Live music by Crooks Coat, one of the main bands that provided the soundtrack for the movie. Popcorn, food trucks, director and producer meet and greet, plus several brewers from the film will be there, and more details to come.
