Oktoberfest 2011 in Colorado

2011 Colorado Oktoberfests"Eins zwei drei veir!" ... "Lift your steins and drink some beer!"

With the impending end of summer looming and the harvest season soon to be upon us, it's time to turn our thoughts to celebration. And what better way to celebrate than with Oktoberfest.

Colorado, the "Napa Valley of Beer", is no stranger to Oktoberfest celebrations and there are plenty of them being planned for this September and October.

Headlining the Oktoberfest celebrations in Colorado is Denver's Oktoberfest celebration, now over 40 seasons old, taking place over two weekends on September 16-18 and September 23-25. It also acts as one of the kick-off events to Denver Beer Fest (September 23 - October 1).
