Twisted Pine Brewing (Boulder) - $1 of every pint sold today at Twisted Pine goes to INVST! A great local organization that works to develop students as community leaders working towards social and environmental justice. Please stop by the Ale House today and have a pint for a good know you want one anyway!

Odell Brewing (Fort Collins) is joining forces with Kyle Hollingsworth of the music group String Cheese Incident to make a collaboration beer for the bands upcoming tour. The brew, named "Thrilla and the Vanilla" - a vanilla bean porter, is for an upcoming show called Hop on Tour this Friday at Hodi's Half Note. Butcherknife Brewing Company (Steamboat Springs) is busy creating test batches of beer in preparation for opening next year in 2012. They're busy working on their Irish Red ale, also a dry-hopped Pale Ale, and an Oatmeal Brown Ale. Sounds like some tasty choices for Steamboat residents and visitors coming up for next year. Wynkoop Brewing (Denver) is hosting the Parade of Darks 2011 on Saturday, December 3rd at 1pm to 4:30pm. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door. A huge list of breweries (31+) and beers (60-80) will be participating in this all dark beer event. You've never seen so many different dark brews all in one place! This event is sure to be popular so get your tickets early to guarantee a spot. Details on Facebook.

Eddyline Brewing (Buena Vista) will be releasing their Dry Irish Stout today at both Eddyline locations in BV. They also are in the planning stages to bring their Amber Ale to cans in the early Spring. Look forward to that!

Trinity Brewing (Colorado Springs) - Mark your calendar for tomorrow, Friday November 18th at 5pm. It's a Slap Your Mammy (SYM) Release Party at Trinity! SYM is a shocking Double IPA! Coming in at 10.5% ABV, this huge ale is brewed with 7 of the highest quality malts and 9 varieties of hops. On a 125 minute boil, Trinity packs in 125 IBU's, making this one of the hoppiest beers ever brewed in the world. If that is not enough hops, then just wait! Unlike any of their other beers, they dry hop this one twice to pack in as much aroma as possible. A truly shocking Double IPA for all you Hopophiles!

Hunters Moon Meadery (Severance) - Colorado's newest meadery is throwing an open house in Severance this weekend on Sunday, November 20th from 2pm to 7pm. They'll have special pricing on their new meads. Palisade Brewing Company (Palisade) - Stop in tonight for their Texas Holdem' night. The dealing starts at 6:30pm. And then come back Friday night for their 80's Party. Come dressed in your best 80's gear for a chance to win some awesome prizes. Desert Moon will be rocking the brewery on Saturday from 7pm to 10pm.

Patrick's Irish Pub (Greeley) is promoting some beer specials for today: Stella's Last stand - help give Stella one last stellar night on draft at Patrick's. Only $2.25/pint plus a free glass (while supplies last). In ADDITION, for those lucky enough to grab the last remaining few pours left, one of Russian River's epic sours (Supplication) is on sale for $3.25, as well as Duchesse De Bourgogne for $3.50. After supplication we have RR's Temptation, intermittently for Duchesse we have the very rare Liefman's Oud Bruin. The person who burns the keg get's a free glass of the respective next beer in line.

Oskar Blues Homemade Liquids and Solids (Longmont) - Tonight at this popular Oskar Blues eatery is a Firestone Walker night at OBHLS starting at 6pm. They'll be tapping Firestone Walker's 15th Anniversary Ale. Also they'll have FW's Double Barrel Ale, Velvet Merlin, Robust Porter, Pale 31, Union Jack and Double Jack. You can even meet Steve Alvarez & Elizabeth Kagan from their brewery and here all the details on their fine craft beers.

Great Divide Brewing Company (Denver) - RARE BEER ALERT: Great Divide will have a 2010 Hibernation on tap today in the Tap Room. If you think this winter beauty is great fresh, just wait 'til you try it with a year under its belt! Plus: they still have very limited quantities of vintage Oak Aged Yeti. Get some of these while they last!

Wynkoop Brewing (Denver) - Think you know beer? Have you tasted hundreds of beers and can name off every style of beer there is? Are you worthy of the title Beer Drinker of the Year? If you think you've got a great beer resume then Wynkoop is looking for you. Applications for 2012 Beer Drinker of the Year are now being accepted. The top 3 finalists will compete at the Wynkoop on February 25, 2012 for the honor of the best beer drinker.
