Tours: Saturdays @ 1pm, 2pm 3pm, 4pm, 5pm.

Year opened: 2003, formerly known as H.C. Berger Brewery which opened in 1992 and closed in 2002.

Annual Production: 10,000 barrels (2012), New facility opened in 2010 - Total maximum capacity is 32,000 barrels. FCB also shares production with New Planet Beer.
