An annual celebration of firkin beer

Firkin RendezvousWant some firkin beer? No, I don't have a problem, it's Firkin beer - beer that has been cask conditioned. And soon there is going to be a lot of it gathered together into one big celebration. It's the upcoming 8th annual Firkin Rendezvous to be held at Bristol Brewing Company in Colorado Springs, Colorado on Saturday, February 18, 2012.

While sifting through the volumes of updates today I came across a posting by Kevin Baity Kraft Beer, a brewery in Colorado Springs, that was touting the upcoming beer festival on his web site. The festival is sponsored by the Colorado Brewers Guild and it's members.

Below is a poster of the upcoming event. Tickets are on sale at Bristol Brewing Company's web site. The cost is $50 for a VIP tickets and $35 for a General Admission ticket. VIP's get in 1 hour earlier than General Admission tickets do which means there'll be more time to savor all the wonderful firkins from over 23 different breweries.
