Trinity Brewing (Colo. Springs) is planning to host a Wild Beer & Wild Game Dinner at their brewery along with AC Golden and Crooked Stave on Sunday, February 12th at 8:00pm. Menu selections from the wild side with both beer and food pairings. For menu selections see their Facebook event page.

Breckenridge Brewery (Denver) is hosting Chug and Grub Volume Two at the Ale House at Amato's tomorrow, Wednesday January 11th at 7pm. Kick off the New Year right and toss your resolution out the window... join in for an evening of good food, good drink and good cheer! Four small plates and five great Breck beers, featuring the release of Pandora's Bock. Reservations are required and must be made at 303.433.9734 or email alehousedenver @ breckenridgebrewery.com

Freshcraft (Denver) - Looking for something hoppy on tap? Freshcraft just put up four unique brews to tempt just about any beer palate. Freshcraft is now featuring: Ska Modus Hoperandi (IPA), Crooked Stave W.W.B.G.(IPA), Dry Dock Hop Abomination Trey (IPA), and Crazy Mountain Horseshoes and Hand Grenades, Winter Ale - while it lasts.

Bootstrap Brewing (Niwot) - Today Bootstrap Brewing announced that they have finally found a permanent location for their upcoming brewery in downtown Niwot. The new address is at: 6678 79th Street in Niwot. They are starting to receive brewing equipment there now and plan to open this Spring. Stay tuned for more details.

Bristol Brewing (Colo. Springs) - Calling all artists! Bristol Brewing Company, The Smokebrush Gallery, and The Colorado Springs Independent are seeking entries from Colorado artists, creative citizens, and designers for our 5th annual Smokebrush Porter Beer label competition. The Smokebrush Porter Beer Label Contest is part of a fund-raising initiative between Bristol Brewing Company and Smokebrush Foundation with advertising and other sponsorship for the project generously donated by The Colorado Springs Independent. Crazy Mountain Brewing (Edwards) - Have you tried their new Lawyers, Guns and Money Barleywine yet? It features over a pound of hops per gallon - hoptastic! At 10% ABV, it'll be sure to warm you up this winter.

Odell Brewing (Fort Collins) - Saboteur barrels are starting to hit the streets! There will be a Saboteur tapping party at the Old Chicago restaurant at 147 S. College Avenue in FoCo tomorrow, January 11th at 6:00pm. Come in and try what Draft Magazine called "One of the 25 best beers in the world". It's the first keg of Saboteur to appear outside the brewery this year. Get some!

Hunters Moon Meadery (Severance) - Sweet Mountain Berry Mead will be released in February. Only 10 gallons of this rare mead will be made so prepare to scoop up some half-size bottles. They'll be out just in time for Valentine's Day to share with your sweetie.

Avery Brewing (Boulder) is going on the road for a few events. Tomorrow (Wednesday) from 7-9pm at the West End Tavern in Boulder there will be featured brews from both Avery and Stone Brewing. Then also on Thursday from 5-7pm at the Rackhouse in Denver. They'll be out promoting the Winter X Games in Aspen and giving away some nice prizes.

Mountain Sun (Boulder) - Get ready for Stout Month. Mountain Sun will once again be hosting a month long celebration of everything that is Stouts. Today they are mashing in a batch of Megatron Imperial American Stout. That will show up along side it's English counter part, Oatimus Prime. Get ready for a month of the dark side starting February 1st!

Colorado Brewery Music - New listings up for several events at Asher Brewing Company in Boulder, and also the entire music line-up for this weekend's Estes Park Winter Festival. Nothing better than drinking a fresh craft beer and listening to live music. Check out the music listings. Updated daily. Listings through February.
