A Photo Tour of Dry Dock Brewing Company

Dry Dock Brewing CompanyTake a visual tour behind the scenes at Dry Dock Brewing Company and The Brew Hut in Aurora, Colorado.

I had the opportunity to get a behind the scenes look at Dry Dock Brewing Company courtesy Gary Villiere who not only hosts the American Craft Beer Radio show on 102.3 FM ESPN in Denver, but who also works at Dry Dock Brewing Company.

After being a guest on Gary V's radio show on February 25, 2012, he graciously invited me over to Dry Dock Brewing for a look around and taste of their beer. Dry Dock Brewing happened to be just a couple of miles from the ESPN Radio studios and I was happy to finally visit this brewery for the first time.

During my tour I was treated to a couple of their brews including their USS Enterprise IPA and also one of their Double IPA's. Both were fantastic IPA's that I look forward to trying again.

The place was absolutely packed on a nice fairly warm and sunny February day. I can tell that this place has a great following. Their tasting room is a lot bigger now and is directly adjacent to The Brew Hut including a walk-thru entrance directly from inside the brewery tasting room.

Below is a Flickr slideshow of the tour. If you have problems viewing this slide show, you can always head directly to Flickr to see them.

I left the brewery just shy of 4:30pm. Unfortunately, I couldn't stick around for their 7:00pm release of a Homebrew winner's tapping of a Graham Cracker Brown ale. That would have been awesome to try. I have no doubt that I'll be back to Dry Dock Brewing for another visit in the near future.
