Boulder Beer Business TimeBoulder Beer Company (Boulder) - Last year the brewers came up with a Dark English Mild Ale that they sold in their Pub, and they thought it was so good they sent it to the judges at the Great American Beer Festival for their opinion. Well, they agreed, and awarded the beer a Gold Medal. Dark and malty, yet eminently drinkable at under 4% ABV, Mike & Chris, who came up with the recipe, thought it would be a great beer to drink with lunch and not feel like you needed a nap in the afternoon. Hence, they called it Business Time. Of course, their Marketing guys couldn't leave well enough alone, and went right to The Flight of The Concords for inspiration. "When you're down to your socks, you know what time it is...Business Time." - They're bringing Business Time back on draft this April at their Pub in Boulder and also exclusively at "The Winking Lizard" restaurants in Ohio.
