Oskar Blues (Mountain Division) - This promo struck me as a bit funny and just had to share. An Oskar Blues rep will be at The Sandbar in West Vail tonight at 10pm for "White Trash Wednesdays". The first 24 people to buy a Dale's Pale Ale will get a free @oskarblues pint glass. Plus, anyone that looks real "trashy" will also get a glass too. What some people will do for a pint glass...

The Forge Publick House (Fort Collins) - Thursday night, March 22nd, is brewery night at The Forge. Oskar Blues will be hosting this week with a keg of Deviant Dale's IPA. From 6-8pm come down for $3 pints and free schwag from the brewery. The Forge is located at 232 Walnut in FoCo. They open at 4pm daily.

Wynkoop Cottonwood WhiteWynkoop Brewing Company (Denver) - On Friday, March 30th 2012 at 5pm - Wynkoop Brewing Company will host a party for the release of its latest beer, Cottonwood Organic White - an unfiltered, American-style wheat beer. Cottonwood Organic White is made with organic malts and wheat, kaffir lime leaf and organic agave nectar. The custom-made beer is fermented with an American strain of wheat beer yeast and is 4.6% ABV. Wynkoop is donating fifty cents from the sale of each draft of the beer to Denver’s Cottonwood Institute, an environmental education nonprofit group that works with inner-city students and local schools in the Denver/Boulder area. Wynkoop is also donating the profits from special glasses and T-shirts bearing the beer’s logo, which was created by local design house AOR. The draft-only beer will be available at Wynkoop Brewing Company and a small number of Wynkoop vendors in the Denver area.

Beer Collaborations - Yesterday, we told you of a special beer collaboration going on to honor Danny Williams. It turns out, there may be up to six other collaborations underway that will also help raise money for his family's one of a kind gold mine beer cellar. Another local Colorado collaboration from Oskar Blues, Wynkoop Brewing, Redstone Meadery and Boulder Beer could soon get together and put out another tribute beer. And down south in Colorado Springs today, Rockyard Brewing, Strange Brewing, Black Fox, Pikes Peak Brewing, CAUTION Brewing, Lone Tree Brewing and Dry Dock Brewing are getting together to brew an amber Grand Cru for Danny. For more info on this, check out Jonathan Shike's article in Westword today.

Grimm Brothers Brewhouse (Loveland) - In their recent newsletter dated March 20th, Grimm Brothers is offering a coupon (see below) - Buy One Get One Pints - valid for their mainline beers only. This offer is valid now through Thursday March 22nd. One per person please. They now have 12 beers on tap. Their taproom is at 623 N. Denver Avenue in Loveland. (And yes there is a typo on the coupon)

Bonfire Brewing (Eagle) - The "snow machine" is currently off, but they're releasing a beer they made when the snow was still falling with hopes that it will revive the Snow Gods from their slumber for a few more powder days: "Dumpin' Dunkel" - a Munich dunkel lager - goes on tap today at 5:30pm.
