Copper Kettle Brewing (Denver) - This Saturday, May 5th, Copper Kettle will be tapping La Paloma Agave Wit. And for their Brew Club Members, they can taste this brew starting today.

Equinox Brewing (Fort Collins) - Today's Thursday firkin is a Chocolate Hazelnut Eclipse Brown Ale - aka Nutella Brown. Come in and try this brew - it taps at 12 noon.

Big Choice Brewing (Broomfield) - Last night Big Choice held their soft opening to test out their operation and the consensus was that they are ready for tomorrow's Grand Opening Weekend! Grand Opening specials and fun will be happening all weekend long. Be there to try out all the new brews. Located at: 7270 W. 118th Place.

City Star beersCity Star Brewing (Berthoud) is also opening tomorrow and are gearing up for business. What to expect? ID check at the door, $5 beers, however no growler fills this weekend (sorry!), Giggling Greek food truck shows up at 3pm, Baker Street soft pretzels will be available after 4pm, local musician Dale Horn and son will play in the tasting room 4-6pm, and we even have a patio space where you can enjoy your hand crafted beer. Located at: 321 Mountain Avenue in Berthoud.

New Belgium (Fort Collins) issued a press release today stating their intention to bring back Somersault Ale as their summer seasonal beer this year. If you recall, this beer replaced Skinny Dip back in 2011.

Trinity Brewing (Colorado Springs) - Their patrons asked for it and starting May 11th Slap Yer Mammy DIPA will be released that night and stay on tap full time from now on. Also in May, look for their "3 Flower" Farmhouse Saison to be brewed, an annual fresh flower harvest Saison. And on May 25th look for their Saison Du Tomme to be released. Always remember to "Kill the pint glass" and drink slightly tilted beers!

Collusion 2012 (9 Fort Collins Breweries) - A couple of months ago, 9 breweries from Fort Collins got together to make a brew called Collusion 2012. This beer will be released on May 12th for American Craft Beer Week. Breweries included: CB & Potts, Coopersmiths Pub & Grill, Crooked Stave, Equinox Brewing, Fort Collins Brewing, Funkwerks, New Belgium Brewing, Odell Brewing and Pateros Creek Brewing. Funkwerks (Fort Collins) - FYI - The collaboration / charity beer: "Danny’s Gold Mine" has been bottled and is now available in the Funkwerks taproom! If you can’t make it to Funkwerks, be sure to pick up a bottle at any of the other breweries involved in this collaboration: New Belgium, Odell’s, and Ska Brewing.

American Craft Beer Radio (102.3 FM Denver) - Hey home brewers, join Gary V this Saturday when he and his guest host broadcast live from The Brew Hut in Aurora for National Homebrew Day. They will check in on a few events going on around the country including The Homebrew Emporium in West Boylston MA, and FH Steinbart in Portland, OR which is the oldest homebrew supply store in the country. They will also talk Tipsy's Liquor World with Scott Thomas and learn more about the up coming "Taste of Tipsy's" event on May 19th. So tune in this Saturday at noon on 102.3 ESPN.

Ska Brewing (Durango) - Feels like summer in Durango today, the Ska-BQ returns tonight! Beer, BBQ, Zia Taqueria, live music by the Southbounders! Ride your bike, bring a friend and come celebrate!

Golden City Brewery (Golden) - Tonight GCB will be open until 8pm as part of the Golden Women's Night....this is not going to happen regularly so come down and enjoy the sunset with them tonight.

Upslope Brewing (Boulder) - This Saturday Upslope Brewing Co. will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo in the tap room. Bringing you back to your 5th birthday party, they will have a Pin the Tail on the Donkey competition as well as a Sombrero Relay Race. The Sombrero Relay Race will be a team event based not just on time but style points as well (hint: dress to impress). Prizes will be awarded throughout the day. Their Saturday local food truck, Verde, will also be joining the the celebration with a Pinata and food specials!

Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival (Beaver Creek) - The ninth annual Blues, Brew and BBQ Festival comes to Beaver Creek May 25-28. Top barbecue chefs from around the country join local chefs in serving up barbecue complemented by microbrews at the largest Colorado Microbrewery beer tasting. To make the most of the holiday weekend, organizers have added three new components: a Friday night welcome reception, a judged barbecue competition featuring $10,000 in prizes, and a Monday golf event. The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek hosts the largest exclusively Colorado Microbrewery Beer Tasting in the state from 1-5 p.m. May 26. Featuring more than 80 special concoctions from 35 Colorado-based breweries, participants also receive a commemorative tasting mug. Advance tickets are $35 per person and will be $40 per person at the door.

Left Hand Brewing (Longmont) - Beer Specials for May: Black Jack Porter is $3.25/pint all month. On Saturday, May 12th, get a Milk Stout Nitro bottle and pint glass for $5+tax. Keep the glass while supplies last. Seasonal brews now available: Fade to Black Volume 3, Smokejumper, and Good Juju (ginger).

Echo Brewing Company (Frederick) - The new C.V. Stout has arrived. Join in at the new Echo Brewing Company tap room and try their new milk stout. Carbon Valley Stout is a dark roasted brew with hints of coffee and milk chocolate. It weighs in at 5.0% ABV and 35 IBU.

Bristol Brewing (Colorado Springs) - The new releases are coming faster than ever. Tonight at 5pm, Bristol Brewing will tap their perennial favorites - Bristol Wit, part of their Brewhouse Series. Snacks will be available at the tapping from Blue Sage Café.
