Colorado Beer News 080312 continued

Welcome to Page Two of today's Colorado Beer News. With so much news going on these days it needs a second page. Pateros Creek Brewing Company (Fort Collins) - The brewery is hosting a Facebook contest and is giving away two FREE tickets to tomorrow's Gnarly Barley Beer Festival in Loveland. Find the post about the free tickets and write a reply with your best explanation of what your favorite Pateros Creek beer is, why you like it, and where you first had the beer. The beer doesn't have to currently be on tap. Post soon as the contest will end later today.

Busy Beer Festival Weekend - There's a lot to choose from this weekend including:
- Bull & Bush 41st Anniversary - Denver - August 4th.
- Gnarly Barley Beer Festival - Loveland - August 4th.
- Bluegrass & Beer Fest - Keystone - August 3rd-5th.
- Mead Day - Nationwide - August 4th.
- Craft Lager + Small Batch Festival - Manitou Springs - August 4th.
- Mile High Beer Fest - Denver - August 4th.
- Avery Brewing 19th Anniversary - Boulder - August 5th.
- Inaugural Reds, Whites, & Brews Festival - Avon - August 4th.

Echo Brewing Company (Frederick) - Live in the taproom tonight, listen to the music of Cat Jerky from 7pm to 9pm. Echo Brewing will be tapping their Nocturnal Black Double IPA as well today. The food truck from Ablaze will be on hand to serve up wood fired pizzas fro 5pm to 9pm.

Dad & Dude's Breweria (Aurora) - You may be familiar with Dad & Dude's Breweria, but did you know they also have a sister project called Dude's Brews? And the first flagship beer coming out of this project is called Dank IPA and today is the first day you can get some of this hoppy brew. You'll find Dank IPA available on tap not only at Dad & Dude's Breweria, but also at Stoney's Bar & Grill in Denver and at Gridiron Grill in Greenwood Village. They have a Facebook Page made exclusively for this project.

Crabtree Brewing (Greeley) - Last call! Come on down for their last day before the tasting room move. Raise a glass to the trains while you still can. On tap tonight: Head Turner Blonde, Ginger Bee, Dearfield, Serenity, Boxcar Brown, Berliner Weisse, and Peach Berliner Weisse. See ya tonight!... then see ya at 2961 29th Street, Greeley on August 8th.
