Colorado Beer News 081612

Colorado Beer NewsToday is National Airborne Day. Back in 1940, the U.S. Army pioneered the use of paratroopers and ushered in a new method of warfare. In 2001, this day was officially commemorated by the President of the United States as a national day. Here's to the brave souls who dared jump out of an airplane for the first time. I bet they needed a beer after that. Now the feat is enjoyed today by many as a risky, yet recreational activity. Here's what's happening around the Colorado beerosphere today Thursday, August 16th, 2012.

Colorado Beer News is continually updated during the day (10am to 3pm) with new stories as they break from newsletters, emails and social media sites, so stop back here often for all the latest. If you'd like to subscribe to this daily by email, sign-up here.
