Loveland Aleworks, open since July 4th 2012, is an independent brewery offering a selection of small batch handcrafted beers.
The brewery with its adjacent taproom is located in downtown Loveland on 4th street between Railroad and Garfield Avenue.
Brewer and owner Nick Callaway utilizes his years of brewing experience to create a range of handcrafted beers, many of which are inspired by traditional European and American craft beer styles.
The interior of the brewery including its graphic identity has taken cues from Loveland’s past as a railroad town. The modern-meets-industrial interior features local custom made furniture from salvaged old growth wood, and 17 foot ceilings with exposed brick interior. The brewery next door is visible through floor-to-ceiling windows so patrons can observe the brewing process.
The taproom is open 7 days a week:
Monday through Thursday 2-8pm
Friday, Saturday 12-10pm
The Grand Opening Celebration and Imperial Stout tapping will take place next Friday and Saturday August 10th and 11th.
There are currently 7 beers on tap:
Belgian Pale Ale
The brewery will be releasing a new beer every Friday for the next three weeks with the intention of offering customers a choice of ten beers. Loveland Aleworks will brew four year-round beers and six continuously rotating seasonal beers.
During summer months patrons can expect to see numerous session beers that are enjoyed best when it is hot outside, perhaps on the patio outside Loveland Aleworks.
This fall and winter the brewery will be releasing ‘bigger’ beers, good for warming folks coming in off the brisk open plains of Colorado.
Loveland Aleworks offers a 10% discount to American Homebrewers Association members, and customers who pay with Square (https://squareup.com/pay-with-square) receive 20% off of their first purchase.
