Big Choice Brewing (Broomfield) - Big Choice will be the sole brewery pouring beers at the upcoming Broomfield Days taking place this Friday and Saturday, September 14th and 15th. There will be a golf tournament, concert and Bingo games on Friday followed by a 5k race, a parade, trade fair, craft festival, food booths, 3 stages of entertainment, demos and of course Big Choice beer on Saturday. They will be pouring 4 of their 8 beers on tap including: I Want Wheat, #42 Poblano Stout, Type III IPA and the crowd favorite - the Disconnected Red. Located at Midway Park on the west side of town just off of 287 and Midway.

Pateros Creek Brewing Co (Ft. Collins) - Today's Outlaw Tap is a special Zesty one. It's their Stimulator infused with chamomile and lemon peel. A perfect brew for today's cloudy, cool day. It's on tap at of 11am today. Stop in for a pint.

Renegade Brewing Company (Denver) - On Tuesday, October 9th at 1pm - Take a kick-ass, hopped up super IPA and put it in a bourbon barrel for 6 months and what do you get? Elevated Wood. Their barrel-aged Elevation first arose as an on-tap exclusive but now you can take your Elevated Wood home with you. These limited bombers will be first available in the taproom for a release party like none other. Get your hand-numbered bottle and try a few of their other Renegade exclusives including a special small-batch only available that Tuesday.

Crabtree Brewing Company (Greeley) - Tis the Seasonal! Their CHUNKIN PUMPKIN ale is being released tonight at 6pm at their new Tap Room on 29th Street. This brew was made with a truck-load of pumpkins from the Boyles Family Farm. Their guest bartenders tonight will be Matt & Claire Boyles from that very farm. Come get a taste of fall tonight at 6pm.

Denver Beer Company (Denver) - Stop by the brewery this Saturday, September 15th from 2pm to 6pm for their EAT.DRINK.BE LOCAL event. Sample delicious locat treats from 20 local food vendors, try a special limited edition $5 "Local" brew. Bring a can of food for donation to the Metrocare Ring and get $1 off your 1st beer. Live music will be playing by Casey James Prestwood & The Burning Angels.

Upslope Pumpkin Ale tappingHops & Pie (Denver) - Tomorrow, Friday, September 14th at 6pm - Hops & Pie will be hosting a release party for Upslope Brewing Company's new Pumpkin Ale. This beer won a Gold medal at the 2011 GABF and now it's back for another year. This beer was brewed from locally grown organic pumpkins from Munson Farms. It weighs in at 7.7% ABVa and 25 IBUs and is reported delicious! Grab some on draft from Hops & Pie. Then look for this brew on shelves next week.

Avery Brewing (Boulder) - The release of their 13th in a series of barrel-aged sour ales will happen on Sunday, October 7th at 4pm at the Avery Brewing Company tap room. This release is named: Odio Equum and was brewed with red raspberries and aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. There were many more than the usual batch made. Each bottle will sell for $8 and some will make it to stores following the release party.

New Belgium Brewing (Ft. Collins) - Tonight is another in the "Bike-in-Cinema" series at the brewery. The Clips of Faith Beer & Film Tour will be the featured cinema tonight. Bring your bike, chair or blanket and enjoy some specialized entertainment in the front parking lot at dusk at New Belgium. A $2 admission goes towards Bike Fort Collins. It's like a drive-in movie for your bike!

Colorado Craft Beer Show (AM 760 Denver) is your home for GABF ticket giveaways! Make sure to sign up at and visit their friends at Argonaut Wine & Liquor. They have a sign-up table at their entrance! Also listen to in every Saturday from 12 - 2pm or come see them at one of our road show broadcasts! 9-22 at the Oskar Blues Brewery's Tasty Weasel, 9-29 at Arvada Beer Company and 10-6 at Strange Brewing Company! They will also do a giveaway this week from Telluride Blues & Brews Festival!

Oktoberfest in Colorado (Annual List) - The harvests are coming in, the weather is starting to cool, and towns and communities in Colorado are planning their Oktoberfests! The first celebrations have already begun and the 2012 Colorado Oktoberfest page has compiled a list of over 30 communities in the Centennial state that have Oktoberfest or harvest festivals planned. Check it out and visit one of more of these activites. Festivals run from late August through early October.
