Epic Brewing Company (Salt Lake City/Denver) - Some surprise news came out of the GABF that Epic Brewing Co from Utah plans to open up a 2nd brewery in Denver, CO. The new Denver facility will have the capacity for up to 15,000 barrels of beer - equal to their Salt Lake City facility. This brewery will most likely open up sometime in early 2013. Details on their new location will be coming later.

Pateros Creek Brewing Co (Ft. Collin) - Now that they've secured funding for their tap room expansion, they're planning to have multiple dart boards available, comfy chairs and even tables that are being built by a local company in Fort Collins. More news on their expansion as it develops.

Eddyline Brewing Co (Buena Vista) - For a very limited time and run, you can now find Eddyline's new 4-pack 16oz cans of their Pumpkin Patch, an ale made with pumpkin, honey and spices in Buena Vista and select other cities. If you find some snatch it up quick 'cuz it won't last.

Dry Dock Brewing Co (Aurora) - "Batten down the hatches..." - Dry Dock will be taking over the taps at The Rackhouse Pub in Denver for the Rackhouse Pub 3rd Anniversary Party & Dry Dock Tap Takeover on October 27th all day! And by that they mean at least 21 taps of different Dry Dock Beers. Live music by the Goat Ropers at 10pm.

De Steeg Brewing (Denver) - The start-up formerly known as High Gravity Brewing has changed it's name so as to not be confused with another brewery with a similar name already in the area. De Steeg, in Belgian, means "The Alley" and fits this company since the main entrance is currently on an alley and they plan to feature a Belgian-style beer or two (and others). Still looking for an opening before the end of this year on Tennyson Street in Denver, CO.

Boulder Beer Co (Boulder) - Every third Wednesday (which is today btw) is Barrel Wednesdays at Boulder Beer Co. Join them today at 4:00pm for a limited edition barrel-aged beer. Today's brew is their Rum Barrel-aged Planet Porter! Stop by and get some today as this will go quick.

Prost Brewing (Denver) - It's a Pumpkin Carving Contest! On Sunday, 10/21 & Sunday, 10/28, come carve a pumpkin for $5.
