Northern Colorado Breweries

Left Hand Brewing (Longmont) - Have you started mapping out everywhere you plan to go for Black Friday shopping?! If so, you should consider adding Left Hand Brewing to that list. Unlike other stores, they won't make you wake up early to score the best deals. Left Hand Brewing will be opening at noon and offering 10% off all merchandise, ALL DAY (excludes beer). And, unlike the other stores, you can enjoy a cold pint while doing your holiday shopping in our merchandise store!

Funkwerks (Fort Collins) - After winning the award for being the best Small Brewing Company of the 2012 at the GABF, Funkwerks' business has been steadily increasing. According to the Boulder Daily Camera: "Funkwerks, which employs 11 people, doubled its brewing capacity last January when it added three new 15-barrel tanks. It increased again by nearly half as much in October with the addition of the brewery's first 30-barrel tank. Funkwerks also recently picked up its first distributor, American Eagle, which will help get its beer into new markets, including some surrounding states in 2013". Now even more states will be enjoying Funkwerks beers.

Grimm Brothers Brewhouse (Loveland) - Grimm Brothers Brewhouse is pleased to be an official drop-off location for both Food Bank For Larimer County and Santa Cops of Larimer County. Beginning November 19th, collection containers will be available in the Grimm Brothers Tap Room at 623 N. Denver Ave., Loveland, Colorado. “This is the perfect opportunity for all of us to give back to our community and help those less fortunate.”, says Don Chapman, President of Grimm Brothers Brewhouse. “Our customers and staff have shown amazing generosity in past charitable events which is why we have set a goal of collecting 1,000 pounds of food and 1,000 toys.” To encourage community participation, Grimm Brothers Brewhouse will be offering specials to those that bring in food or toys valued $10 or more. New Belgium (Fort Collins) - TheFullPint.com gathered up a list of planned New Belgium beer releases for 2013. February - April: Dig Pale Ale, Saltana Cascara Quad, Feijoa (collaboration brew). May - July: Rolle Bolle (seasonal), Parde Bloum (dandelion beer collaboration), Pluot. August - October: Red Hoptober, Coconut Curry Heffeweizen, Fall Wild Ale. November - December: Yuzu Berlinerweiss, and De Dolle (collaboration). Some interesting label names for sure - look forward to those and more in 2013.

Colorado Springs Breweries

Bristol Brewing Company (Colorado Springs) - Stock up for the holidays! Bristol Brewing is having a DOCK SALE today at 5:30PM! In honor of Old No. 23, they have 23 cases of beer. $20 cash only. Derik will find you in the tasting room. Then on November 23rd it's their Old No. 23 Barley Wine release party at 5pm at the tasting room.

Phantom Canyon Brewing (Colorado Springs) - On Friday, November 23rd, 192 bottles of their 2012 Barley Wine will be available. This limited edition beer goes on sale at 2pm. $16+tax each. Limit of 4 bottles per customer. It'll also go on tap when they open that day. Phantom Canyon brewed the beer back on January 2nd and it's been aging in Templeton Rye whiskey barrels since February. As a special treat there will be a sneak-peek of the 2012 (aged in Templeton rye whiskey barrels) as well as the last 5 gallon keg of the 2011 (aged in Stranahan's whiskey barrels) on Wednesday the 21st at 5pm at Trinity Brewing. Come try them side-by-side!

Mountains and West Breweries

Ska Brewing Co (Durango) - Dear Durango Runners, Free Beer via the Turkey Trot race! Earn your tryptophan and run the Turkey Trot! And help out the victims of Superstorm Sandy; Ska will be there collecting t-shirts and running shoes in clean and good condition and donating them to Sandy victims via our friends at One World Running. Eddyline Brewing (Buena Vista) - Hey Fort Collins! You can now find Eddyline canned beers in your area! Supermarket Liquors just added Eddyline to their selection. Come get a taste of Buena Vista beer at it's best.

Two Rascals Brewing (Montrose) - Today and tomorrow, Two Rascals is having a growler special! Growlers are just $10 and refills are $8! Make sure you get yours filled up as they are going to be closed Thanksgiving Day.
