Wapiti Colorado Pub to host Loveland Aleworks Beer Dinner

[SPONSORED POST] Each month, the Wapiti Colorado Pub in Loveland hosts a beer dinner featuring a popular Colorado brewery. This month, their beer dinner will feature a 5-course meal paired with 6 select beers from Loveland Aleworks of Loveland, CO. The beer dinner is scheduled for Thursday, February 28th beginning at 5:30pm.

Seats for this dinner are available now by calling the Wapiti Colorado Pub at (970) 635-1985. The cost is $38.00 per person which includes tax, but not tip. Tickets are needed in advance. There are 60 seats available. Please call as soon as possible to reserve your seats to this exclusive beer dinner.

The owner of Loveland Aleworks as well as the Wapiti Colorado Pub's head chef will lead this wonderful beer pairing and describe each of their pairing items. The menu they have selected for that evening include:

Triple Dry-Hopped Imperial IPA

Course 1
Sweet Chili Glazed Shrimp with mango salsa
Paired with Belgian Blonde Ale.

Course 2
Plum Braised Pork with Corn Fritter cake.
Paired with IPA.

Course 3
Stuffed Baby Bella Mushroom with spinach, red peppers, caramelized onions.
Paired with Abby Grand Cru.

Course 4
Grilled Bison with red potato horseradish cake and huckleberry reduction.
Paired with Imperial Stout.

Course 5
Blackberry Cobbler.
Paired with Blackberry Wit.
