Colorado Beer News 041113

Colorado Beer NewsToday is International "Louie Louie" Day. You know that popular song! It's been called one of the best party songs of all time. The composer, Richard Berry, was born on this day. The song was released in 1957 on Flip records, but it wasn't until 1963 when the Kingsmen recorded it did it become famous. Celebrate Louie Louie today with a great Colorado craft beer. It's also King Gambrinus Day - the unofficial patron saint of beer who was born on this day in 1254(?) and supposedly was the the first to add hops to beer.
