Denver ChopHouse & Brewery (Denver) - There's a new beer that's been tapped at the ChopHouse as of last week. It's there Impertinent Pale Lager. This is a big 7.9% ABV 85 IBU brew and has different and fuller hop flavors that dominate the beer as lager yeast tends to create a dryer malt character. With the “Impertinent” Pale Lager they are using as the base Pilsen Malt which lends a slight nutty flavor along with a bit of Munich malt for brown bread notes so that the Lemon/Lime hop accents that the Amarillo and Citrus Hops exude has something to teeter off of. Available at Denver ChopHouse & Brewery, Boulder ChopHouse & Tavern and Denver ChopHouse & Brewery at DIA Concourse A.

Wynkoop Brewing (Denver) - Don't forget about their big event this Saturday, July 27th from 1-4pm - "The United Tastes of Belgium".
