Today is a Consecutive Day - #ConsecutiveDay - It's a rare day on the calendar when the Month, Day and 2-digit Year all line up in consecutive numbers. Today is 11-12-13. And something special happens on 11-12-13 during the 14th hour, 15th minute and 16th second. That's when 6 numbers line up. Some folks won't care at all, but those of you into numbers will want to celebrate this day in a special way. Metro Denver

Coda Brewing (Aurora) - Progress is being made in bringing another brewery to Aurora. Their build out is reportedly going well according to Scott Procop. They plan on opening the 1st week of January 2014. Along with their beer line-up, they also plans to host live music 4 nights a week. They will be located at: 2001 North Ursula in Aurora, CO. Copper Kettle Brewing (Denver) - November is "Be Thankful" Cask Month. This week's Wednesday cask on November 13th is called "Yamalama", a Candied Yam Red Ale. The brew taps at 3pm and may last through 9pm. What beer will you be thankful for on your next visit?

Odyssey Beerwerks (Arvada) - Got a great beard and/or mustache? Prove it! All month, in conjunction with MOvember and Beards of Denver, Odyssey Beer’dwerks is raising funds to fight prostate and testicular cancer. Capped off at the Beer’d Showcase in the taproom on Nov. 30th at 8:00pm. Prizes will be awarded for best Beard and/or Mustache, largest donation, and more. Thanksgiving Rendezvous (Denver) - This fall the Colorado Brewers Guild will introduce the latest of its Rendezvous events, the Thanksgiving Rendezvous. The gathering will take place on Nov. 17 from 1 - 5 p.m. at the Stapleton Tap House at 8286 Northfield Boulevard #1525, Denver CO 80238. “The Colorado Brewers Guild Thanksgiving Rendezvous is a way for us to showcase a hand selected collection of diverse beers from across the state,” said John Carlson, executive director of the CBG. “This intimate event will allow beer lovers to try some very special brews and give thanks for living in the state of craft beer.” The Thanksgiving Rendezvous will feature speciality brews from nearly 20 Colorado craft breweries. Tickets are $40 (+fees) each.

Our Mutual Friend (Denver) - It's Keep the Glass Tuesday at the taproom, and the 2nd glass in their Artist Series is there! $10 gets you the new glass and three 10oz fills. Texorado BBQ will be out front starting at 4pm. TAPLIST: Proletariat, Belgian Pale, IPA, Brown, Coffee Stout, & Weizenbock. They will also put Belgian Pale on the Randall with fresh pineapple at 6pm. Located at 2810 Larimer Street in Denver, CO.

Breckenridge Colorado Craft (Denver) - Copper Penny Photography will be celebrating a Women of Colorado Craft Breweries Calendar Signing Party at Breckenridge Colorado Craft in Denver. This event will be held on Monday, December 9th from 6:30-9:00 pm! Come purchase the new pin-up calendar featuring great local breweries of Colorado and meet the Pin-Up Ladies themselves! Breweries featured include Left Hand Brewing Company, Denver Beer Co, Oskar Blues Brewery, Dry Dock Brewing Company, Twisted Pine Brewing Company and many more!

Lone Tree Brewing (Lone Tree) - The brewery hit a milestone today. With the beer currently brewing in the tanks, they will have DOUBLED their production from last year. And with just over 7 weeks left in the year, it's going to be an outstanding production year. Grats!

River North Brewery (Denver) - For tomorrow's Wayward Wednesday experimental tapping, they have a real treat for all you hop lovers. River North has been playing around with new dry-hopping options, and will pour four kegs of BPR (Belgian-style Pale Red), each with a different varietal: Cascade, Williamette, CTZ or Nugget! Two sixtels will tap at 3pm tomorrow, and the other two will follow as lines become available. Come tell them which one you like best!

Boulder County

The Very Nice Brewing Co (Nederland) - Calling all poets, performers and musicians! Very Nice Brewing is hosting an Open Mic Night this Thursday, November 14th at 7:30pm. Sign up in the tap room and show 'em what talent you've got!

Left Hand Brewing (Longmont) - This Friday, November 15th, Left Hand is stopping the clock and going left-wise because Widdershins is coming back! Widdershins is their oak aged, counter-clockwise, biennial barleywine-style ale. Floral and fruity notes of orange and apricot rest upon a foundation of oak, garlanded with Earthy hop aromas and the sinister presence of peated malt. Their answer to waning daylight and frigid temperatures can be enjoyed immediately or saved in your cellar for a snowy day.

Oskar Blues (Longmont) - Every Tuesday this month at the Tasty Weasel Taproom is Tasty Tuesday where they'll have a special taproom-only beer available. This week is a Dry Hopped DPA. Next week (Nov 19th) they'll tap Cranberry PILS, and then on November 26th it a tapping of "Fongzilla". But wait! If you liked Tuesdays then you'll love their Fabulous Firkins and they're not just for Fridays anymore. This month look for a Deviant Dales w/ Wakatu Hops, Mole Fidy, Southern Hemisphere ESB and a Mystery Firkin. Today the Mole Fidy is on!

Upslope Brewing (Boulder) - Just like the holidays, Upslope's Christmas Ale comes around just once a year, and it's finally back! Join in this Thursday, November 14, from 5:30 to 9:00 pm at the Lee Hill tap room to celebrate the release of this holiday seasonal, and help spread some Christmas cheer (their staff will be donning their tackiest Christmas attire, so feel free to sport yours, too)! Party Details: - BEER: Christmas Ale will be flowing all day, so stop by when you can. - FOOD: Grab some tasty food from Cheese Louise food truck (5:30 pm) - MUSIC: Enjoy live tunes by Brian Parton (6 pm).

Bootstrap Brewing (Niwot) - Trivia tonight at the Strap starting at 6:30pm! Don't forget to pack your brains.

Northern Colorado

Patrick's Irish Pub (Greeley) - Join in for the official launch of their Beer Cellar this Saturday (November 16 at 4pm) with an amazing Cellar Tasting. Tickets are just $15, which includes an unbeatable selection of 10 different beers, crepes from Cafe Panache, fresh bread, and various cheeses from MouCo Cheese Company. Patrick's will also be tapping Russian River Brewing Company Consecration for the event, so you won't want to miss this! Buy tickets online at Eventbrite. High Hops Brewery (Windsor) - Beer, Food and Music - the tradition continues this week. A new Fall Saison firkin will be tapped on Wednesday, November 13th at 5pm. It's billed as a brew with subtle notes of ginger and apple. Then on Thursday, November 14th it's the release of Dr. Pat's #10 (IPA), a beer made with Zythos hops. Food on site from Chaulkboard Gourmet Express. Then on Friday - Bedrock BBQ will be dishing up food and Craig Cornett and the Phast and Wreckless will be playing tunes. On Saturday, satisfy your hunger with more good food from Chaulkboard Gourmet Express and listen in to music from Steve Redfern & Something Simple. On Sundays, you can get a brewhouse tour at 3pm. Ladies night from 4-7pm with half-priced pints for the gals, plus more great food from Chaulkboard. This week's featured hop in the Hop Shot is Nugget hops.

Grimm Brothers Brewhouse (Loveland) - Tonight they're offering something a little different. Not only will they have pizza available but they'll be introducing Happy Hour Pizza Tuesday. Starting at 5pm all pints will be $3 for everyone. Come on by tonight, have a slice or two and enjoy your favorite Grimm beer.

Fort Collins Brewery (Ft. Collins) - Brewhouse Facts: Their new Rolec 50bbl fully-automated German brewhouse is up and running. Their first brew of Chocolate Stout, is available now. With the new system, their beers will be crisper and cleaner, while producing less waste. This brewhouse will take them to an eventual capacity of 60,000bbls annually, an increase of 40,000bbls from their current production. Also for a limited time, purchase a taster tray and receive a seasonal food pairing!

New Belgium - Patagonia California Route Organic LagerNew Belgium (Ft. Shamrock Brewing Company (Pueblo) - The mash is done and the brew is now now being fermented. Look for their "3rd Street Coffee Stout" to make a comeback in the next couple of weeks.

Mountains and West

Ska Brewing (Durango) - Westword is reporting that their wildly popular Modus Hoperandi, currently available in cans, will be made available in bottles once again starting this month. In order to beef up production of Modus Hoperandi, they will discontinue making their Ten Pin Porter (for now) and may end up bringing that back later on sometime with a revamped recipe. Sales of Ten Pin Porter were soft and brought the need for a change. They will continue to make their Nefarious Ten Pin Imperial Porter however (Thanks Shikes). In addition, Ska is planning to add a huge new canning line early next year.

Durango Brewing Co (Durango) - Stop in tonight for Pint Night! All night long get $2 and $3 pints.

Elevation Beer Co (Poncha Springs) - Are you a skier and enjoy skiing at Monarch Mountain? If you hold a season pass to Monarch Mountain then you will get 10% off at the tasting room. Show your pass to your server before purchase.
