Colorado Beer News 022614

Colorado Beer NewsToday is For Pete's Sake Day. You know the phrase. You've probably said it yourself. But have you ever wondered who the heck is Pete? And why are we doing something for his sake? Apparently the name Pete was used in place of our Lord's name when you wanted to curse back in medieval times so you could avoid using the Lord's name in vain. Some say the name Mike was originally used before Pete. Tip a pint back for Pete's sake today. Here's what's happening around the Colorado beerosphere today Wednesday, February 26th, 2014. If you aren't reading this article on, you don't know what you're missing.
