The Barrel project will be funding Double Zero’s equipment upgrade to a barrel brew system. This will allow Cary to master full grain craft-brewing skills. The expansion of these skills and knowledge will allow Double Zero to grow into a bigger business. Future plans include expansion into a space that includes a tasting room. By creating new and exciting brews and various flavors, Double Zero will be able to get the appropriate licensing to sell their brews around the Colorado area. Double Zero’s flavors so far are unique and intriguing combinations. Some of the favorites include Orange Clove Wheat, Honey Amber ale, Hoffee IPA (a double-hopped coffee IPA), DSA (Dangerously Scotch Ale) and a Mint Porter. The Kickstarter campaign will end in 26 days (June 14, 2014). If you'd like to help out, visit their Kickstarter page and consider backing their project.
