Copper Kettle Brewing (Denver) - June is "Fruit Beer Cask Month" at Copper Kettle. Each Wednesday this month, they will feature a different beer highlighting a different fruit. Bull & Bush Brewery (Denver) - It's all about ti-ming! In celebration of the first day over 90 degrees, Bull & Bush has tapped their summer sensation, 4.0 G.P.A.! Highlands Ranch Beer Festival (Highlands Ranch) - Today is the LAST DAY to enter to win 2 FREE VIP Tickets to this Saturday's Highlands Ranch Beer Festival in Civic Green Park from 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Renegade Brewing Co (Denver) - Renegade Brewing is planning to celebrate their 3rd Anniversary with a party on Saturday, June 28th. It will be a day filled with special release brews, barrel-aged surprises, live music all day from 4 bands, great food and ice cream from 4 food trucks and lots of fun times. This will be a huge block party on the 900 block of West 9th Avenue right in front of the brewery. No entry fee and beers are $5 each. Party starts at 3:00pm and runs til 10:00pm. Bootstrap Brewing Co (Niwot) - The brewery is expanding and they are going to be starting up a new crowdfunding campaign to help with the expansion plans. The brewery is looking for a handful of customers interested in financially investing in their growth. In exchange for contributions, they will return the favor in beer and rewards. Boulder Beer Co (Boulder) - Not too many craft breweries can say that they are turning 35 years old, but Boulder Beer Company is this summer. As part of their celebration, they will release "Alakazam!", a black peach strong ale. Not only that, but they will have a dozen more pilot beers available at their party on Saturday, June 14th at their Pub & Brewery. New Belgium - Odell FOCOllaborationNew Belgium Brewing and Odell Brewing (Ft. FOCOllaboration, an American Pale Ale, pours a deep, coppery hue. High Hops Brewery (Windsor) - This week at High Hops they will tap a special firkin of "Homebrew Amber Ale" on Wednesday at 5pm. Then on Thursday, they will simultaneously tap a collaboration brew they did with The Mayor of Old Town at both locations - "High Hopes Imperial Dry-Hopped Hefe". This is a German-style brew dry-hopped with New Zealand Motueka hops (6.8% ABV). Verboten Brewing (Loveland) - Today Verboten will be releasing their "Pure Imagination Double Oatmeal Stout" in bottles at 1pm. In addition, they'll tap "Blue Steel", a blueberry wheat brew also at 1pm. Patrick's Irish Pub (Greeley) - Due to the recent floods in Greeley that has affected Wiley Roots Brewing Company, their friends at Patrick's Irish Pub have announced a special Wiley Roots edition of the The Stubby Shillelaghs (band) this evening, featuring Wiley Roots' Red Dirt Imperial Red! Equinox Brewing (Ft. Collins) - The Mayor of Old Town along with the guys from "You Me and Apollo" will join Equinox Brewing later this month to brew a new collaboration beer called "Moonhead", an IPA. Trinity Brewing Co (Colorado Springs) - This Saturday, June 7th will have the taproom feature another specialty firkin tapping starting at 11am. Stop in to see what they've come up with this month. Also, set your calendars for Friday, June 13th, the day they will bring back their GABF Gold medal winning Elektrick Cukcumbahh Saison d'été. They added a large amount of English cucumbers per barrel, and just enough lemon zest to lend an overall brightness to this beer. This is a respectable 6.4% ABV brew and rare. Iron Bird Brewing Co (Colorado Springs) - A new brewery is in the process of opening this summer in the south part of Colorado Springs. Iron Bird Brewing Company will be headed by Mike Centanne and Arron Celusta. They will specialize in making small batch beers, true cask ales and session-style beers. They play to have 8 conventional taps as well as 4 hand pump "beer engines" that run directly from casks. They will have a 7-barrel system and also experiment with small 10 gallon batches.
