Ska Brewing (Durango) - BREW DOGS (TV show) is back for Season Two, and their Colorado episode will air next Wednesday, July 23rd at 9/8c on the Esquire Network. In the episode, hosts James Watt and Martin Dickie enlist the help of Ska Brewing founder, Dave Thibadeaux in Durango to create an “ancient beer” – or at least, one that hasn't been brewed in centuries. After meeting with an archeologist, the BREW DOGS decide to use corn in their ancient/modern beer. For the second ingredient, James and Martin scale giant pine trees to scavenge pine nuts. And for a modern twist, they add Bavarian hops. For their brewing system, clay pots are obtained but unfortunately are unstable and have a nasty habit of breaking once they are over open flame. Before they depart, the guys pair amazing beers with Durango’s famous green chili sauce and test whether or not craft beer can be paired with ziplining.

Dillon Dam Brewery (Dillon) - There's a new beer on tap at Dillon Dam Brewery - "Hopweizen White IPA".
