Sanitas, which will be celebrating their 1-year anniversary on September 6th, had initially closed their Tap Room on Mondays. “We originally decided we would be closed to the public on Mondays so the three of us could focus on other aspects of the business,” explained co-founder and tap Room manager Zach Nichols, “but we've had a lot of push from our fans to open up on Mondays. Our Tap Room staff was also excited about the idea so it was really a no-brainer.” Nichols added that Sanitas will offer Happy Hour pricing on beers all day on Mondays. He jokingly described the move as “a way for us and the public to get rid of our case of the Mondays together.” Monday Tap Room hours will reflect the same hours as previously set for Tuesday-Friday; 3pm-10pm. McDevitt Taco Supply’s taco cart extension at Sanitas Brewing Co. is also set to be open on Mondays. Sanitas Brewing Company is located on Pearl St between Foothills Parkway and 30th.
