FCB to Open Happy Hour and Tapas Bar

The Fort Collins Brewery has announced a major new change to their existing facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Look for their new Happy Hour and Tapas Bar to open later this month. [PRESS RELEASE] Fort Collins, CO - The Fort Collins Brewery is excited to announce the grand opening of their new Happy Hour and Tapas Bar on Tuesday, September 9th from 4pm to 8pm.

FCB's Happy Hour and Tapas Bar, an intimate an low-key coop decorated in artwork from Fort Collins Pinot's Palette artists, will be located in FCB's old tasting room location on 1020 E. Lincoln Ave. Fort Collins, Colo. and will be open Monday thru Saturday from 4pm to 8pm.

A selection of 15 different hand crafted tapas will be available to guests either a la carte or in flights of five, meant to be paired with flights of FCB brews. Along with the tapas and FCB beers, guests are encouraged to indulge in Spanish wines, cocktails and desserts. FCB has team up with Walrus Ice Cream, also located in Fort Collins, to feature a seasonal ice cream dessert created with a selection of FCB brews.

"The concept for a FCB tapas & beer bar has been in the works for quite some time and we're eager to bring the concept to life and share it with the community of Fort Collins and its many travelers," said FCB's General Manager, Tina Peters.

The Spanish style tapas menu boasts hand crafted dishes including Sauteed Garlic Mushrooms and Manchego, Port Carnitas Street Taco, Grilled Green Beans with Crispy Serrano Ham, and more!

"The tapas & beer bar reinforces our company mantra of Create Share Savor," said Peters. "We're creating small bites to be shared with great friends and savored over delicious craft beer."

FCB's tasting room has transitioned into their connected restaurant, Gravity 1020 providing tours daily starting Monday, September 1st. Brewery tours will run Sunday - Thursday from Noon to 4pm on the hour and Friday - Saturday from Noon to 6pm on the hour. Taster flights, to-go beer, growler fills and merchandise will also be available at Gravity 1020.

The Fort Collins Brewery is a family-owned, handcrafted brewery in Northern Colorado. FCB resides in a new 30,000 square foot facility with a full-size restaurant; Gravity 1020 Modern Tavern, offering a locally sourced menu and open seven days a week.
