Cerebral Brewing (Denver) - Here's a follow-up to the breaking story from earlier this week. [Newsletter] Cerebral Brewing has a home! It has been a long time coming, but this is the spot they've been pursuing the entire time. Located at the corner of Colfax and Monroe, in the Bluebird District, the old Galaxie Auto Body has laid dormant for several years. New ownership has decided to give it a much needed facelift, and they're very excited about the direction things are headed. Cerebral Brewing will occupy 4,000 square feet of space on the Monroe side (east facing), with two other tenants on the Colfax side. Both of these tenants will be an eatery of some sort. Cerebral Brewing will be surrounded by established businesses like Denver Biscuit Company, Sprouts Market, The Bluebird Theater, and the PS Lounge. With these types of neighbors, this stretch of Colfax is full of history and new potential. Not to mention the fact that the closest brewery is Vine Street Pub at a little over 1.25 miles away. If everything goes according to plan, they'll be on track for a Summer 2015 opening! Things are going to start moving pretty quickly now as they plan out their remodel, file for brewery licensing, and continue to work on recipe development. Also, below is a conceptual look at what they have planned for an outdoor patio. [1477 N Monroe St, Denver, CO]
