FERMÆNTRA (Denver) - [PRESS RELEASE] FERMÆNTRA, a brewery and tap room in the Denver University neighborhood at 1715 East Evans Avenue, is set to open at noon on November 15th. After 1 year of planning, demolition, permits, construction, delays, more construction, and finally power and gas hookups; FERMÆNTRA will finally open its doors on November 15th. Over the last 4 weeks owners / brewers Spencer O'Bryan and Brennan Mann have been busy brewing beer in order to fill the tap lines for opening day. With a reverence for beer from virtually all styles and regions of the world, Spencer and Brennan brew beer rooted in Belgian, German, and English tradition and apply their own touch of American craftsmanship. Above all else FERMÆNTRA views beer as the perfect blend of art and science and seeks to connect with craft beer drinkers who share that view. The FERMÆNTRA tap room will be a place where craft beer lovers can find a home and those new to craft beer can be taught about the creations FERMÆNTRA loves so dearly. The 7 bbl brewhouse and fermenters sit directly behind the bar without walls or windows to separate the two spaces. Using reclaimed materials to build the bar, the owners of FERMÆNTRA hope to bring a sense of hand-built craftsmanship to every aspect of the brewery as well as create a warm comfortable space in which to enjoy some finely crafted beer with their friends and family. ### Beers on tap will include: a Hefeweizen, a Pale Ale, a Belgian Blonde, a Belgian Dubbel, a Russian Imperial Stout, a Blonde Ale/Lager hybrid, an English Amber, and an IIPA.
