Wynkoop Brewing Co - Today some of the staff from Wynkoop Brewing, Ska Brewing and the music group Reel Big Fish got together to brew up a fantastic Imperial Stout that will debut at Collaboration Fest on March 21st. Verboten Brewing - This Friday, January 16th at both Verboten Brewing in Loveland and The Mayor of Old Town in Ft. Collins, they will release a collaboration brew called "More", an Imperial Pennsylvania Swanky. What's a swanky? An old traditional Western Pennsylvania beer, typically low in ABV (but not this version) and with a strong licorice flavor. Considered to be a very popular style there until Prohibition hit.
