Dry Dock Brewing Co (North Dock) - Beer Can Appreciation Day just so happens to fall on the first day that Dry Dock Brewing Co. started canning its beer. Join the brewery at Canoe Room at North Dock for the 2-year anniversary of Dry Dock's canned offerings— raffle prizes, food, and live music included. The Jessie's Smokin' NOLA food truck will be serving from noon to 4 pm, and Chris Dismuke Music will play from 2 to 5 pm. To celebrate its CANniversary Dry Dock is giving you the chance to win FREE BEER FOR A YEAR. Copper Kettle Brewing Co - January Coffee Beer Cask Month continues this week on Wednesday, January 21st with the release of their "Coffee Mexican Chocolate Stout", a brew sure to wake you up amigo. Rock Bottom Brewery Downtown Denver - You're all invited to a special Beer & Cheese tasting at Rock Bottom tomorrow, January 21st from 5:30pm to 6:00pm. They'll have around three to four different types of cheese, paired with a couple of different Rock Bottom beers. Parry's Pizza - Greenwood Village - This Friday, January 23rd starting at 4pm, get down to their Greenwood Village location for a special Liberate Yourself From Crappy Beef Fest (No. 5). Some great beers will be on tap and Mile High Sports will be broadcasting live. They'll also be giving away a large, flat screen tv to some lucky person. They'll be tapping: World Wide Stout by Dogfish Head Beer, Lilikoi by Avery Brewing Company, La Folie by New Belgium Brewing, Molotov Cocktail by Evil Twin Brewing and Senorita Horchata Imperial Porter by Elevation Brewing Company. Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project - Last they Crooked Stave collaborated with friends ad Anchorage Brewing Company to create a sour ale aged in Cognac barrels. Gunbarrel Brewing Co - A reminder - Coming up this Saturday, January 24th at 4:30pm - Gunbarrel Brewing Company will tap two beers over at Grandma's House (brewery) in Denver at 1710 S. Broadway. The first beer is a Salt Lick Gose and the second beer is called Rosemerry Pale Ale. Both are very limited quantity and won't last long. Check them out! Look for word on a possible location and opening estimate in the weeks to come.

Freedom's Edge Brewing - Here's a message from the owners posted today: "So after some lengthy family discussions we have come to the realization that our Ft. Collins brewery is just too small for our future plans and we are spreading ourselves much too thin as a result. So we have made the decision to move out of our current building and redirect our attention to our distribution goals. We will be closing the brewery on Monday the 26th. Remember, our Cheyenne brewery is only a few short miles up I-25 if you get thirsty before we start distributing in foco! Come out for a few pints this week!
