Almost every brewery has either a Valentine's Day beer tapping or a special event going on just for the occasion. Where will you bring your Valentine to for a beer? Need ideas? Read on! Dry Dock Brewing Co (South Dock) - Celebrate Valentine's Day with some sweet treats at South Dock. ​The​ ​Chocolate Raspberry Porter will b​e ​on tap, and​ ​Time for Dezzerts will have​ ​Chocolate Raspberry Porter cupcakes for​ ​sale. Cupcakes will be available from noon to 4pm on Saturday, February 14. Pre-order by calling Time for Dezzerts at 303-807-5047. 38 State Brewing Co - They have a new beer on tap, it's a Smoked Porter! So if your looking for something to do on a Friday night then come in and listen to live music by the Nick Willis Band. Ratio Beerworks - This new brewery in the Rino district of Denver will open its doors for business tomorrow, Saturday, February 14th. They plan to open with at least 5 beers including: Repeater Extra Pale Ale, Hold Steady Chocolate Rye Scotch Ale, Dear You French-American Saison, Domestica American Standard Ale, and Genius Wizard, a big 11% ABV seasonal. Ratio is one of two breweries opening this weekend in Denver. They have a 20 barrel brewhouse and later plan to add a canning line sometime in the next year. Their head brewer used to brew at Wynkoop Brewing and AC Golden - Jason zumBrunnen. [2920 Larimer St, Denver, CO]

Declaration Brewing - The second brewery to be opening this weekend in Denver is Declaration Brewing. They will be hosting their "Great Big, Grand Opening Party" on Saturday, February 14th starting at 12:00pm. Light Rail riders take note - they are just 300 steps from the Evans Light Rail Station. Ride down for a beer and get home safely. Some of their opening day beers include: Peg Strawberry Wheat (4.2% ABV), Ripple Belgian Table Ale (5.3% ABV), and Bel-Gum Tripel (8.6% ABV). They also will have a Kolsch, a Stout, an Amber, a Pilsner and an IPA. They have a large 24 barrel brewhouse and a fermentation capacity for 250 barrels. De Steeg Brewing - De Steeg is tapping their Gewurztraminer Ale today! For those that had it last year, you will remember the fantastic blend of German White Wine Grapes with a rice beer fermented with Sake yeast that brings together a light crisp flavor with a touch of tart. Boulder County

Boulder Beer Co - Boulder Beer's "A Honey of a Saison" is available now with a swarm of flavor and a stinger at 11.5% ABV. The French Saison yeast produces big, estery, phenolic aromas and flavors, while the Wildflower Honey lends a spicy, sweet aroma with essence of dried fruits. Champagne Yeast is also used to complete fermentation and create a dry finish. A strong malt bill imparts a rich, golden honey color to the ale, and it shows low hop bitterness at 25 IBU's. Then beginning March 6th, they'll introduce "Emergent White IPA", a brand new spring seasonal brew. Emerging from winter's cold into sunny spring is Emergent White IPA. Orange peel contributes a bright, citrus flavor complemented by a subtle spiciness from the coriander and Belgian yeast. With a golden hue and fruity, floral hop aroma and flavor, Emergent goes down like a breath of fresh mountain air. Emergent rolls out in their Pub on March 6th then begins shipping wherever great beer is served, available through May. Mountain Sun Pub & Brewery - Get ready for Dual Valentine's Day beer releases at all five locations. Try their "World Famous Mountain Sun Cherry Chocolate Stout": This cherry and chocolate stout is brewed with milk chocolate, dark chocolate and a blend of more than 300 pounds of dark sweet cherries and red tart cherries. The flavor leaves the impression that you've just eaten a dark chocolate-covered cherry. ABV 7.2%. Northern Colorado

Crow Hop Brewing - It's the perfect patio day for the release of their Belgian White IPA, Winter Fire (preferably said in a whispered voice). They did a 90 minute boil with hop additions of Simcoe, Columbus, and Cascade, then finished with Trappist yeast for a final 7% ABV, sure to start your romantic weekend off right. Grimm Brothers Brewhouse - Join us for the very special release of this whiskey barrel aged Magic Mirror, an Imperial Kottbusser Ale brewed with honey and molasses. Then allowed to sour naturally for over a year in barrels from another breweries established sour program. Bottle sales only (no draft) begin at noon tomorrow for $16. Limit 2 per person. Also on Valentine's Day they will have the last of this years Bleeding Heart Valentine's Beer available. Come in for a FREE pre Valentine's dinner taster of Bleeding Heart Coconut Porter and Pourhouse coconut macaroons made with the coconut used to make this years Bleeding Heart. Limit 1 per person. 1933 Brewing Co - Tonight is the night! It's the release of their Squash Saison, which they used local squash from Garden Sweet, that was aged in a Feisty Spirits whiskey barrel which later was used to age rum by Coppermuse Distillery! Loveland Aleworks - Their Barrel Aged Grand Cru is available while supplies last, starting at 3pm today. Snow sculpting will be happening on the street in front of the brewery all weekend for the Loveland Fire and Ice Festival. [118 W 4th St, Loveland, CO]

The Forge Publick House - Valentines Day is upon us! While you're waiting 45 minutes for a table tonight, come on over and wet-your-whistle with Delicious beers.
