Avery Brewing Company announces their IPAs & APIs Celebration this Sunday June 12th from 11am -11pm. All day Sunday, $1 from every IPA you drink there goes to Women Who Code! Crystal Springs Brewing Company has recently expanded its brewing facility to a 15 barrel brewhouse. Their equipment was fabricated by Rocky Mountain Vessels in Montrose, CO. They also made 2 15 bbl fermenters for them as well as a soon-to-be ordered 15 bbl brite tank. The goal is to have a brewhouse with 100% Colorado made equipment. In other news, the brewery is getting ready for their Bike to Work Party to be held on Wednesday, June 22nd. They will host two stations, one at the brewery and a water station off Coal Creek Trail. Ride your bike into the brewery that day and get a FREE BEER on the house! There will be a bike washing station, demo bikes, bike games with cool prizes too. Julie Ash, representing the Colorado Water Conservation Board, will be using the state's flood simulator to give a talk abut how rivers and floodplains work.
