Copper Kettle Brewing to host 5th Annual "A Night To Remember"

5th Annual - A Night to Remember Beer Festival[PRESS RELEASE] Denver, CO 7/8/2016 – Copper Kettle Brewing Company is pleased to announce they will be holding the 5th Annual "A Night to Remember” Beer Fest on Sunday, July 17th, 2016 at Four Mile Historic Park, 715 South Forest Street, Denver, CO 80246 from 3 – 7pm. Copper Kettle Brewing Company along with the Alex C. Teves Foundation and the whole community will come out to celebrate and remember the twelve innocent victims of the 2012 Aurora Theater Shooting, including the company’s own Brew Club member, Alex Teves. “A Night to Remember encompasses all of the things Alex loved: family, friends, craft beer, good food, music, and a passion for helping others. Please join us for an evening of community, friendship, and all good things as we gather to raise a pint to honor the memory of 12 lives taken on 7/20/12”. – Caren Teves, Mother of Alex Teves.

100% of the proceeds of sales will be donated to the ACT Foundation which directly benefits the Humanex Academy, providing scholarships for students with unique academic, social, or emotional needs. Tickets are $35 for an unlimited beer tasting ticket for four hours. There are also $25 designated driver tickets available. In addition to the beer tasting there will also be a silent auction and free prize giveaways that will all go to the donation total as well.

This year, Copper Kettle has added a 500 ­gallon dunk tank, sponsored by Peak To Peak Tap Room, which will hold some of Denver’s premier brewers! Thirty three breweries/cideries, food trucks, and a live band will be present for the festivities as well. The Cluck Truck, Tony Guacamole Food Truck, and The Savory Life are all scheduled to join the festivities serving up food from start to finish. Live music from The Dollhouse Thieves as well. The breweries who will be in attendance are: Barrels and Bottles, CAUTION: Brewing, City Star Brewing, Colorado Cider Co., Comrade Brewing, Dry Dock Brewing, Epic Brewing, Fiction Beer Co., Grimm Brothers Brewhouse, Horse and Dragon Brewing Co, Locavore Beer Works, Mockery Brewing, Mu Brewing, Odell Brewing, Ratio Beer Works, Renegade Brewing, River North, Station 26, Strange Craft, TRVE Brewing, Two22 Brew, Dad & Dude’s Breweria, Launch Pad Brewery, Stem Ciders, WeldWerks Brewing, Little Machine Brewing, Cerebral Brewing, Boggy Draw Brewing, Ursula Brewing, Trinity Brewing, Chain Reaction Brew and Wit’s End.

This year to honor all the victims, the Aurora breweries came together under the direction of The Fermentologists home brew club to brew a tribute beer. The Aurora Strong Ale will release at Dry Dock Brewing Co., Dad & Dude’s Breweria, Launch Pad Brewing, Two22 Brew, Ursula Brewery, Copper Kettle Brewing Co., and Mu Brewery. Copper Kettle will be releasing this beer on tap and in special limited edition bottles on Saturday, July 16th. All of these custom brews are a Dark Belgian Strong with variations in each brewery’s recipes. The Fermentologists will be serving all these brews under their tent at “A Night to Remember”.
